InFactIQ Launches AI 'Second Chair' for Testimony Analysis

InFactIQ has released InFactIQ Live, an AI tool designed to assist legal and claims teams by identifying inconsistencies in depositions and EUOs in real-time, supporting both in-person and remote proceedings.

15 October 2026

InFactIQ announced the launch of InFactIQ Live, an artificial intelligence tool aimed at assisting claims and litigation teams during depositions and examinations under oath (EUOs).

The system functions as an AI 'second chair,' providing support before, during, and after testimony. Prior to a session, it analyzes the full case file to surface contradictions and potential lines of questioning. During live testimony, whether in-person or remote via platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet, it flags inconsistencies in real-time. Post-session, it measures the new testimony against the existing record, enabling teams to assess impact and plan next steps.

This real-time capability contrasts with traditional workflows where inconsistency detection often occurs weeks after a deposition, delaying crucial follow-up actions. InFactIQ Live aims to reduce this gap by providing immediate insights, allowing legal teams to address discrepancies while the witness is still under oath.

"The window to act on a contradiction is when the witness is still in the room," said John Sanchez, CEO of InFactIQ. "Every week that passes between the deposition and the review is a week where your options narrow. InFactIQ Live closes that gap."

InFactIQ Live is available to all existing InFactIQ customers and integrates with common video conferencing tools and court reporter real-time feeds, supporting various forms of witness testimony.
