Infinix, a smartphone brand under Transsion Holdings, officially opened its first global flagship concept store in Bali, Indonesia, on October 31. The launch signifies a move away from traditional retail formats toward an experiential model that merges hardware showcases with lifestyle-oriented services.
The store features Infinix’s current smartphone portfolio—including the NOTE 60, HOT 70, and GT 50 Pro models—alongside its AIoT ecosystem of audio and power products. Beyond device displays, the facility incorporates a branded coffee shop, n_x, and artistic installations intended to foster a communal environment for consumers.
Looking forward, Infinix plans to host recurring creative collaborations and interactive events within the space. By involving local artists and musicians, the company aims to position the flagship as a recurring destination rather than a static point of sale, emphasizing long-term community engagement over immediate transaction volume.
