Smartphone manufacturer Infinix has launched its first flagship concept store in Indonesia, integrating product sales with lifestyle and community-focused experiences.
Infinix has officially opened its first global flagship concept store in Bali, Indonesia. The facility represents a shift in strategy for its parent company, Transsion Holdings, aiming to transition from a pure hardware retailer to a lifestyle-oriented technology brand.
The store houses the company's current smartphone lineup, including the NOTE 60 and HOT 70 series, alongside its AIoT ecosystem of audio and power products. Beyond traditional retail, the space integrates an in-house coffee brand, n_x, and features interactive technological displays, such as robotic arms.
This retail format, termed “1+2+X” by the company, is designed to evolve through ongoing collaborations with local creators and artists. The goal is to move away from passive hardware sales toward a model centered on creative engagement and consumer participation.
