Infios, a provider of intelligent supply chain execution software, has announced a collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS). The partnership will integrate new AI agents into Infios's Order Management (Infios OM) system.
The new technology will leverage AWS's generative AI capabilities, including Amazon Bedrock and Strands Agents, to simplify and increase the precision of order management. The AI agents are designed to proactively identify and resolve anomalies in the supply chain, rebalance orders across networks, and predict delivery times before issues arise.
Infios states that this collaboration with AWS marks a move towards the next generation of supply chain management. The new features are intended to help customers anticipate supply chain shifts, accelerate onboarding for third-party logistics providers, and improve distributors' ability to respond to supply and demand fluctuations.
The technology is scheduled for launch in early 2026. The collaboration will focus on developing AI-driven workflows that simplify system implementation, provide visual tools for experts, and enhance anomaly detection and optimal outcome resolution.
