Infios Software Donation to Aid Job Training for Young Adults with Disabilities
Infios is partnering with Aspire and Parts Town, donating software to create an inclusive simulated warehouse training environment for young adults with disabilities.

Software company Infios has announced a collaboration with Parts Town and Aspire to enhance job training for young adults with disabilities. The initiative, backed by a $9.2 million grant from the U.S. Department of Education, aims to address labor shortages while improving employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
Infios is contributing its software solutions to equip a state-of-the-art simulated warehouse environment. Aspire, a nonprofit organization based in Chicago, will provide ten weeks of hands-on training within this system, replicating real-world warehouse management. This is followed by an eight-week paid internship program.
The program highlights the benefits of employing individuals with disabilities, citing research indicating potential for 50% lower turnover rates, 33% fewer safety incidents, and 25% higher productivity.
Parts Town, a key distributor of OEM restaurant equipment parts, has already hired graduates from Aspire's program. Both Infios and Parts Town express commitment to expanding this model to other sectors, fostering broader workforce inclusion.
