Infiterra expands subscription management for IT channel
Infiterra is launching new features to consolidate IT subscriptions from multiple distributors and implementing AI-assisted tools to accelerate vendor onboarding.

London-based Infiterra, a platform for IT subscription commerce, has announced updates aimed at streamlining operations for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and IT distributors. The company plans to consolidate subscriptions from various distributors into a single management interface, addressing the current industry challenge of navigating disparate billing and purchasing portals.
The platform is developing new integrations with distributors Pax8 and TD SYNNEX, building upon its existing connection with Ingram Micro. These additions are designed to allow MSPs to manage their full vendor portfolios through a unified dashboard.
Furthermore, Infiterra is introducing an AI-assisted studio to assist distributors in the technical onboarding of new vendors. By automating parts of the integration process via its proprietary framework, the company aims to reduce the time required to expand product marketplaces. CEO Vassilis Zografos stated that the objective is to establish a singular, reliable source of truth for subscription data that integrates with corporate ERP and CRM systems. The platform currently supports over 400 marketplaces across 85 global markets.
