Infiterra upgrades subscription commerce platform for MSPs and distributors
Infiterra has announced a centralized purchasing system for MSPs and an AI-assisted onboarding tool for IT distributors to streamline complex subscription ecosystems.

London-based Infiterra has unveiled updates to its subscription commerce platform, targeting the operational fragmentation faced by Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and IT distributors. The platform now enables MSPs to purchase and manage subscriptions from multiple distributors within a single interface, addressing the inefficiency of navigating disparate vendor portals.
In addition to its existing integration with Ingram Micro, the company is currently developing connections with Pax8 and TD SYNNEX. This move is designed to simplify billing and contract management for firms handling high volumes of software licenses.
Simultaneously, Infiterra is rolling out an AI-assisted "Vendor Connect Studio" for IT distributors. The tool is intended to automate the evaluation and integration process for new vendors entering a distributor’s marketplace. The studio utilizes Infiterra’s existing "Ladder" framework, with future expansion plans to support AWS and Google ecosystems following the current Microsoft integration.
CEO Dr. Vassilis Zografos stated that the platform aims to provide a reliable "system of record" for subscriptions, which can be utilized by ERP, CRM, and PSA software. According to Zografos, this infrastructure is prepared for the shift toward automated purchasing where AI agents will handle renewal and subscription management autonomously.
