Inflexor Ventures Closes First Tranche of Fund III at ₹400 Crore
Venture capital firm Inflexor Ventures has marked the first close of its third fund, the Inflexor Technology Discovery Fund, at ₹400 crore, as part of a ₹1,250 crore target.

Venture capital firm Inflexor Ventures has completed the first close of its third fund, the Inflexor Technology Discovery Fund, securing ₹400 crore (approximately $41.8 million USD). The fund aims for a total corpus of ₹1,250 crore.
Investors in this tranche included Self-Reliant India (SRI) Fund and HDFC AMC, alongside international institutions. The sector-agnostic fund will focus on startups in science, engineering, and technology streams, primarily at the pre-Series A and Series A stages, with investment sizes ranging from ₹15 crore to ₹45 crore.
"Fund III reflects our conviction in this opportunity and our commitment to being long-term partners to exceptional founders," said Venkat Vallabhaneni, founder of Inflexor Ventures. Founded in 2019, the firm has backed 27 early-stage technology startups to date, with investments in companies such as Atomberg and Bellatrix Aerospace.
The fund's close coincides with a period of renewed fund formation in India's venture capital market, particularly for deeptech and enterprise-focused strategies. Other firms like Yournest Venture Capital and HealthQuad have also recently announced fund closings.
