Infomaniak clarifies email newsletter credit management
Infomaniak has updated its documentation on how newsletter credit quotas are managed, differentiating between complimentary monthly allowances and perpetual purchased packs.

Infomaniak has streamlined its email newsletter delivery system to clarify how users manage their monthly sending quotas. The system categorizes credits into two types: complimentary monthly allowances provided with other company services, and perpetual credits purchased through additional packs. Complimentary credits do not carry over to subsequent months, while purchased credits remain valid indefinitely.
The system is designed to consume complimentary allowances automatically before utilizing any paid credits. Users can monitor their remaining balance through the central management interface, where they can also purchase additional volume as needed.
To help users manage operational costs, Infomaniak has also introduced a feature that allows account administrators to set a hard cap on monthly email distribution. By configuring this limit in the management dashboard, users can prevent automated overages and maintain stricter control over their communication budgets.
