Infomaniak clarifies newsletter sending credit management
Infomaniak has released a guide detailing the management of sending credits within its newsletter tool. The guide covers both free and purchased sending volumes and how they are applied.

Swiss technology company Infomaniak has published a comprehensive guide to managing sending credits for its newsletter service. The documentation clarifies how newsletter sending and credit management operate within the company's system.
Infomaniak's system defines one sending as one newsletter sent to one subscriber. Sending volumes are categorized into two types: free volumes offered with Infomaniak products, which do not carry over if unused, and purchased volumes, which come in packs with lifetime validity.
Free sending credits are accrued based on the ownership of various Infomaniak products. For example, owning at least one Infomaniak Ticketing system grants 2500 free sendings per month. These free credits are only consumed after pre-purchased sending credits have been depleted.
Users can view their balance of both free and purchased sending credits via the Infomaniak Manager dashboard. The platform also allows customers to purchase additional sending credits and set a monthly sending limit to control usage and expenditure.
