Infomaniak Clarifies Newsletter Sending Credit Management
Infomaniak has released a guide detailing the management of sending credits for its newsletter service. The guidance separates sending volumes into free and purchased credits.
Infomaniak, a Swiss technology provider, has published a detailed guide for its customers on managing sending credits for its newsletter service. The new guide clarifies how sending volumes are divided into free credits included with products and separately purchased packages.
According to the company, each Infomaniak product grants the right to a monthly quota of free sending credits, which do not carry over from month to month. For example, holders of the Billetterie Infomaniak product receive 2500 free sends per month. For the kSuite Enterprise version, this number is 5000 sends. These free credits are always consumed first, and purchased sending packages only begin to be deducted once the free quotas are fully used.
Purchased sending packages have an unlimited validity period. Customers can view the balance of both their free and purchased sending credits within Infomaniak's Manager control panel. From there, they can also order additional sending credits as needed.
Infomaniak also offers the option to set a monthly sending limit to control consumption. Users can activate and configure this ceiling directly within the newsletter service settings via the Manager control panel.
