For users managing multiple domains within the service, the cancellation process can be applied to a single domain at a time. Infomaniak emphasizes that confirmation via email is typically required to finalize most cancellations; otherwise, data deletion will not occur.
All outstanding and future fees associated with the service remain applicable even after a cancellation request.
