Infosys and ABN Amro Extend IT Collaboration to Accelerate AI Transformation

IT services firm Infosys and Dutch bank ABN Amro have extended their strategic collaboration, focusing on simplifying the bank's IT landscape and accelerating its AI-driven transformation. The partnership aims to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and innovation within the bank.

Infosys will leverage its Infosys Topaz platform, which utilizes generative AI and agent technologies, to help ABN Amro embed AI more deeply across its operations. This initiative is intended to enable the bank to translate data into innovative solutions and achieve faster value realization by streamlining platforms and improving agility.

According to ABN Amro, the extended collaboration will further simplify and modernize its IT environment while speeding up the responsible adoption of AI. The bank anticipates improvements in operational efficiency, enhanced customer value, and a reduction in complexity and operating costs.

Jay Nair, EVP at Infosys, stated that the renewal underscores the trust placed in Infosys. The company will combine its domain expertise and global delivery model to re-architect core systems and operationalize AI effectively and sustainably for ABN Amro.
