Infotech Acquires SaaS Startup Zluri

IT advisory firm Infotech has acquired Bengaluru-based SaaS startup Zluri. The acquisition aims to integrate Zluri's capabilities in application discovery, identity governance, and administration into Infotech's existing offerings. Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

Following the acquisition, Zluri will operate as a standalone division within Infotech, maintaining its product development and core engineering teams in Bengaluru. It will also contribute to Infotech's newly launched CIO Analytics platform, an API-driven advisory model combining operational IT data with AI-assisted services and analyst expertise.

For Zluri, this acquisition provides a pathway to expand its reach among enterprise customers by leveraging Infotech’s global community of over 30,000 IT leaders. Founded in 2020, Zluri helps businesses track and manage all digital tools employees use, including work apps, cloud software, and AI tools. It serves over 250 global enterprise clients, including Monday.com and Razorpay, who will continue to be served post-acquisition.

The deal aligns with a broader trend of global companies acquiring Indian SaaS startups to enhance their capabilities. Recently, software companies like Freshworks and Adobe have also made similar acquisitions to expand their software spend governance and marketing workflow offerings.
