Innov8 Workspaces Reports Significant Profit Increase in FY26

Innov8 Workspaces, a premium flexible workspace operator, has reported a substantial increase in profitability for the fiscal year 2026, alongside rapid network expansion. The company's net profit surged nearly 11.8 times to ₹13.8 crore, a significant turnaround from the ₹1.2 crore profit recorded in FY25, according to its annual report.

Operating revenue also saw strong growth, rising by 76% to ₹201.3 crore from ₹114.5 crore in the previous fiscal year. This growth was further bolstered by non-operating income, which jumped to ₹38.9 crore, largely due to a ₹36.7 crore gain from lease contract terminations.

The company's expansion strategy, which utilizes a landlord-funded capex model where landlords finance fit-outs while Innov8 manages branding, operations, and demand generation, has facilitated rapid growth. This asset-light approach has allowed Innov8 to open new centers at a pace of approximately one every three weeks over the past 15 months.

Innov8 concluded FY26 with 58 operational centers and expanded its network to 72 centers by July 2026. The company has set a target to reach 101 centers in FY27, with plans to enter new cities including Kochi, Coimbatore, Kolkata, and Jaipur.

Following the fiscal year's close, Innov8 acquired Vatika Business Centres Private Limited in June 2026 for ₹27 crore. This acquisition is expected to enhance Innov8's enterprise workspace business by integrating Vatika's established managed-office platform and client base.
