Innovent Biologics reports Phase 1 trial results for IBI3001 oncology candidate
Innovent Biologics has presented early-stage clinical data for IBI3001, an EGFR/B7H3 bispecific antibody-drug conjugate, at the 2026 ESMO conference.

Innovent Biologics shared preliminary findings from its Phase 1 clinical study of IBI3001 during the 2026 European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) congress. The candidate, an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting both EGFR and B7H3, is being evaluated for potential efficacy in treating solid tumors.
The trial data focused on the safety profile and early indicators of clinical activity for the molecule. Targeting dual antigens in solid tumor treatments is an area of increasing clinical research, as pharmaceutical firms attempt to address resistance mechanisms associated with single-target therapies.
While the company has reported the initial safety data, further clinical trials will be required to establish the therapeutic window and efficacy profile compared to existing standards of care. Innovent expects to provide updates on its development timeline as the trial progresses into subsequent phases.
