LOS ANGELES, Oct. 14, 2026 – National shareholder rights litigation firm Schall, Brown & Schwartz LLP is notifying investors of a class action lawsuit filed against Innventure, Inc. (NASDAQ: INV) for alleged violations of federal securities laws, including §§10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 10b-5.

The lawsuit claims that Innventure made false and misleading statements to the market during the class period, which ran from November 17, 2025, to August 13, 2026. Specifically, the complaint alleges that Innventure's subsidiary, Accelsius, was unlikely to succeed in its deal with DarkNX due to a lack of evidence of an AI data center existing or entering construction. The company's revenue targets for Accelsius were also allegedly overstated.

Schall, Brown & Schwartz LLP is encouraging shareholders who purchased Innventure shares during the class period and suffered losses to contact the firm. The firm is seeking potential lead plaintiffs for the lawsuit. Appointment as lead plaintiff is not required to participate in any recovery.

The class has not yet been certified, meaning investors are not yet represented by an attorney. Shareholders who take no action may remain an absent class member. The deadline to participate or seek appointment as lead plaintiff is October 27, 2026.
