Inox Solar Americas LLC, a U.S.-based solar technology manufacturer, announced a gradual transition of Boviet Solar's website, social media, and other external brand touchpoints to the Inox Solar Americas brand. This move signifies the ongoing integration of Boviet Solar's U.S. operations into Inox Solar Americas following an acquisition earlier this year.
The acquisition included Boviet Solar's U.S. PV module and cell manufacturing assets, as well as its commercial operations in Greenville, North Carolina. This integration is intended to establish Inox Solar Americas as the company's primary U.S. solar manufacturing and commercial brand.
The brand transition will occur in phases across various platforms, including website content, social media channels, and customer-facing materials. During this period, stakeholders may continue to see both brand names. The company aims to maintain continuity of access to product information and support while consolidating its brand identity.
