MJ Foundation Fundacja Rodzinna, an entity closely linked to Gentoo Media board member Mateusz Juroszek, purchased 5,162 shares of Gentoo Media Inc. The transaction was completed at an average price of SEK 5.20 per share.

Following this acquisition, the foundation holds 22,588,763 shares, representing 16.77% of the total outstanding share capital and voting rights in the company. The aggregate holding of parties associated with Juroszek now totals 29,031,789 shares.
