Insight Global Family Foundation Expands to Support Employees in Six New Countries
The Insight Global Family Foundation has expanded its financial assistance program to cover employees and consultants in six additional countries. The foundation, established in 2020, has already awarded its first international grant.
Insight Global has expanded its Family Foundation to offer financial assistance to employees and consultants facing unexpected hardships in Canada, Colombia, India, Mexico, the Philippines, and the United Kingdom. This expansion, which took effect this summer, aims to support the company's growing international workforce.
Established in 2020, the Insight Global Family Foundation (IGFF) initially provided aid to employees and consultants within the United States. The extension broadens the foundation's mission to provide a safety net for its global team members encountering unforeseen financial difficulties.
"Tragedies are never predictable, but the way Insight Global shows up for its people in those moments is," said Jenny Sabo, Senior Vice President of Communications, Benefits, and Impact at Insight Global. "Extending the IGFF's support to our international community is one way we can demonstrate that no matter where our people are in the world, we will have their back."
The talent, consulting, and AI company stated that this move reinforces its commitment to its people and its global presence. The first international grant was awarded earlier this month, highlighting the need and impact of the extended program.
