Employees, such as Assistant Contact Center Manager Princy Mathew, describe the company culture as supportive, where employees are valued as individuals.

Mathew, who has a disability, shared that she found opportunities at InspiriTec to build a career with accommodations tailored to her needs. Similar sentiments are echoed by other employees, like Jordan Lazaroff, a Tier 1 Help Desk Agent at the NASA Enterprise Service Desk, who has received necessary technological assistance and work flexibility.

The company's ethos was also highlighted during its participation in the Philadelphia Dragon Boat Races, where a majority of the paddlers had disabilities. Connolly viewed the event as a metaphor for the company's team spirit and mutual support, extending beyond the workplace.
