Inspur Information reports 165% profit growth for first three quarters of 2026
Inspur Information posted a net profit of 3.93 billion yuan for the first nine months of 2026, driven by sustained demand for AI computing infrastructure.
Inspur Information released its financial results for the first three quarters of 2026, reporting a net profit attributable to shareholders of 3.93 billion yuan. This represents a 165.32% increase compared to the same period in 2025. Total revenue for the nine-month period reached 129.33 billion yuan, an increase of 7.18% year-over-year.
For the third quarter alone, the company recorded revenue of 44.95 billion yuan and a net profit of 980 million yuan, reflecting growth of 11.05% and 43.46% respectively. The performance highlights the company’s ongoing transition from a traditional hardware supplier to a provider of system-level AI infrastructure and smart computing solutions.
Despite profit growth, the company faces financial pressures associated with rapid scaling. The asset-liability ratio has risen to 85.37%, reflecting increased short-term borrowing. Operating cash flow remained negative at 6.4 billion yuan, attributed to significant inventory accumulation and prepayments necessary to secure components for AI server production. Market focus remains on whether this inventory investment will translate into stronger cash inflows in the final quarter.
