INSTYTUTUM Study Shows Three-Year Reduction in Skin Biological Age in 84 Days
Swiss skincare brand INSTYTUTUM has released new clinical data indicating its products reduced the calculated biological age of skin by an average of three years over an 84-day period.

Swiss longevity skincare brand INSTYTUTUM announced the results of an independent clinical study demonstrating a three-year reduction in the calculated biological age of skin after 84 days of using its complete skincare routine. The findings support the company's approach to skin health, focusing on biological aging processes.
The 84-day open-label study, conducted by an independent European clinical testing center, involved 21 women aged 35-60 with visible signs of aging. Participants used the full seven-product INSTYTUTUM morning and evening routine. Assessments at baseline and on days 28, 56, and 84 revealed that by day 84, there was an average reduction of 3.0 years in calculated skin biological age.
Beyond the reduction in biological age, the study reported a 16.2% improvement in skin firmness. Additionally, 100% of participants reported improvements in skin hydration, smoother texture, and increased radiance. The calculated skin biological age continued to decrease throughout the study duration.
INSTYTUTUM, founded by longevity scientist Dr. Natalia Bobok, emphasizes a "longevity-first" approach to skincare, combining biotechnology and clinical research. The brand aims to deliver professional-level efficacy for at-home use through high concentrations of advanced active ingredients and optimized delivery technologies, focusing on long-term skin health and resilience.
