Insulet Corporation Faces Lawsuit Over Product Manufacturing Claims

San Diego, CA – July 13, 2026 – A class action lawsuit has been filed against Insulet Corporation, a developer of insulin delivery systems, on behalf of investors who purchased its securities between February 21, 2025, and May 26, 2026. The lawsuit alleges that the company misled investors about the reliability of its products and its manufacturing processes.

According to the complaint, Insulet's manufacturing controls and procedures were allegedly defective, creating a heightened risk of products violating safety regulations or causing injury. This led the company to initiate voluntary medical device corrections. In March 2026, Insulet announced a correction for specific lots of its Omnipod® 5 Pods due to a manufacturing issue, which caused a significant drop in its stock price.

The situation escalated in May 2026 when Insulet announced another voluntary correction, this time for specific lots of Omnipod® 5, Omnipod Dash®, and Omnipod® Eros insulin delivery systems. This manufacturing issue could potentially lead to under-delivery of insulin. This second announcement also resulted in a sharp decline in the company's stock price.

The lawsuit claims that Insulet issued materially false and misleading public statements during the specified period. Investors who incurred losses are encouraged to contact Robbins LLP for more information regarding their rights. The deadline for lead plaintiff candidates to submit their filings to the court is August 31, 2026.
