Integrated Research Launches Clarion to Improve Employee and IT Visibility
Technology firm Integrated Research (IR) has launched Clarion, a new SaaS product aimed at bridging the visibility gap between employee experience and IT system insights in real-time.

Integrated Research (IR), a global observability software company, has released Clarion, a standalone Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product designed to enhance communication clarity for remote and hybrid workforces. The new tool provides real-time visibility into potential issues affecting calls and meetings, benefiting both end-users and IT departments.
Clarion addresses a common challenge where employees experience communication problems, such as dropped calls or poor audio quality, that are not readily apparent to IT teams. The software aggregates data from various sources, including devices, networks, and communication platforms, to identify and flag issues before they significantly impact users.
"Workplace communications rely on a technology recipe that includes multiple devices, home and corporate networks, and communications platforms. When any one of these ingredients is deficient the entire communication experience suffers," stated Ian Lowe, CEO and Managing Director of IR. Clarion aims to provide a unified view, alerting users and IT to potential problems proactively.
The product features a desktop widget for employees that explains connectivity issues in simple terms. Simultaneously, IT teams receive aggregated telemetry data to diagnose whether problems are isolated or widespread. IR emphasizes that Clarion is designed with privacy in mind, focusing on system performance rather than user activity or call content.
Clarion complements IR's existing enterprise observability solutions, such as Prognosis. It is available starting October 15, 2026, with an option for a 30-day free trial.
