Intel Releases New Arc Graphics Driver Supporting New Games
Intel has released a new beta driver for its Arc graphics cards and Core Ultra processors. The update adds support for new games and includes performance optimizations.
Intel has issued a new beta version of its graphics driver, version 32.0.101.9034, for Arc graphics cards and integrated Arc graphics in Core Ultra processors. This update provides support for two new games: "Ace Combat 8: Skies Unknown" and "Gears Tactics".
The Non-WHQL driver is intended for Intel Arc B-series, A-series graphics, and Intel Core Ultra processors with integrated Arc graphics. It is available for Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems. Intel typically releases these beta drivers to offer early access to performance improvements and new game optimizations.
This release also addresses several known issues. The update includes fixes for application crashes and performance problems reported across various Arc configurations and Core Ultra processors. Specific issues noted include potential crashes in "Mafia: Definitive Edition" and "EA SPORTS FC 24" for some Core Ultra users, as well as problems with AI benchmarking tools.
Intel continues to iterate on its Arc graphics driver software to enhance user experience and compete in the discrete GPU market. The company focuses on delivering regular updates to improve compatibility, stability, and gaming performance for its hardware.
