Interaction Associates Launches Facilitation Training for Project Managers Who Lead Without Authority

Interaction Associates (IA) has introduced "Essential Facilitation™ for Project Managers," a new training program designed to equip project leaders with the skills needed to effectively manage teams and projects, particularly in situations where formal authority is limited.

The program addresses the common challenge faced by project managers who are responsible for project outcomes but often lack direct hierarchical control over team members and stakeholders. A live online series begins in September 2026, focusing on practical facilitation techniques for driving team alignment, navigating group dynamics, and ensuring successful project execution.
