Game developers Liquid Meow and Hangzhou Tianque Sampling Culture Media have launched their interactive adventure game, "Tiankeng Zhuifei," on the Steam platform. The game, adapted from the popular novel "Tiankeng Zhuifei" by author Tian Xia Ba Chang, is now available for free download and trial.

The game is set in the Laoyeling Mountains of Northeast China in 1954. The narrative begins when a scientific expedition team goes missing after falling into a deep sinkhole. Players take on the role of rescue leader Zhao Gong, making critical decisions in dense forests and underground environments to uncover the secrets hidden within the sinkhole.

The released demo version includes the core narrative of the first chapter, covering the team's fall into the sinkhole and their initial encounters within the underground world. The game features multiple choice branches and character conflicts, with full support for a simplified Chinese interface, subtitles, and voice acting. The development team stated that artificial intelligence was used in less than 1% of the game's video assets, visual effects, and scene content.

System requirements range from minimum specifications (Intel Core i3, 4 GB RAM, GTX 760) to recommended settings (Intel i5, 16 GB RAM, GTX 1060 or equivalent). The game contains mature content, including suggestive scenes, disturbing and frightening imagery, and implications of violence.
