International journalists assess technology integration in Yuhang
Media representatives from South Korea, Turkey, the U.S., and Cuba visited technology firms and agricultural sites in Hangzhou's Yuhang district to evaluate local innovation efforts.
A group of international journalists toured high-tech facilities and agricultural demonstration sites in Yuhang, Hangzhou, from October 26 to 28. The visit focused on the region's ongoing integration of advanced technology with industrial and agricultural production.
The delegation observed demonstrations at companies including 3D-digitization firm Scantech, exoskeleton robotics developer RoboCT Technology, and humanoid robotics component manufacturer Xynova. Journalists participated in hands-on sessions with technologies ranging from medical rehabilitation robotics to precision robotic manipulators.
In addition to industrial tech, the group visited the Qianxi demonstration park in Jingshan, which utilizes AI-driven management systems and digital rice cultivation techniques. Yuhang officials presented these projects as part of a broader development strategy aimed at strengthening the district's position in the digital economy and rural development sectors.
