Sustainable fulfillment encompasses all stages of order handling, including storage, picking, packing, and delivery. ILG particularly highlights the shift towards plastic-free packaging, such as recycled cardboard and paper, and the efficiency of recycling processes. The company stated it recycled over 418 tons of cardboard and 22 tons of plastic in 2024.
