International Logistics Group to Manage UK Fulfilment for Caia Cosmetics
Swedish beauty brand Caia Cosmetics has partnered with International Logistics Group (ILG) to streamline its e-commerce operations in the UK.
Caia Cosmetics, the Stockholm-based beauty company founded in 2018, has shifted its UK logistics operations to International Logistics Group (ILG). Previously, the brand fulfilled UK orders directly from Sweden, resulting in higher shipping costs and extended delivery timelines for British consumers.
The partnership encompasses a full suite of services, including bulk storage, e-commerce fulfilment, and carrier management. By establishing a local fulfilment hub, Caia aims to reduce operational costs and improve delivery speed as it scales its direct-to-consumer (DTC) presence in the competitive UK beauty market.
Izabella Råberg, Head of Operations at Caia Cosmetics, stated that the transition was motivated by ILG’s specific experience within the beauty logistics sector. The company expects this infrastructure support to facilitate more reliable service levels for its UK customer base.
