PITTSBURGH, Oct. 5, 2026 – InventHelp today introduced a new vehicle safety system aimed at preventing children from being left behind in parked cars. The system was developed by an inventor from Maringouin, Louisiana.
The system, named BIDS, functions as an automatic reminder for parents when they exit the vehicle. It triggers an alert after the car is parked and the driver leaves, intended to ensure children in the back seat are not forgotten.
According to the inventor, this system offers an added layer of safety, seeking to prevent tragic incidents resulting from children being left in hot vehicles. Further technical specifications and market release plans have not yet been disclosed.
