The companies under scrutiny include AstroNova, Inc. (NASDAQ: ALOT), which is being acquired by Arcline Investment Management for $29.00 per share in cash. Additionally, Iridium Communications Inc. (NASDAQ: IRDM) is being acquired by Rocket Lab Corporation for a mix of cash and Rocket Lab stock. Element Solutions Inc. (NYSE: ESI) is also being examined in relation to its merger with Solstice Advanced Materials, Inc.
Shareholders of Element Solutions are expected to hold approximately 44% of the combined company following the merger. The rights of Solstice Advanced Materials, Inc. (NASDAQ: SOLS) shareholders are also being investigated as part of this transaction.
