Investors Can Lead Doximity Securities Fraud Lawsuit
SBS Law is soliciting Doximity investors to serve as lead plaintiffs in a class action lawsuit alleging securities law violations.
National shareholder rights litigation firm Schall, Brown & Schwartz LLP (SBS) is reminding investors of a class action lawsuit filed against Doximity, Inc. (NYSE: DOCS) for alleged violations of securities laws.
SBS Law is seeking investors who purchased Doximity securities to lead this lawsuit, which claims violations of U.S. securities laws. A notice has been issued setting a deadline for investors to come forward to potentially serve as lead plaintiff.
The lawsuit alleges that Doximity and certain of its officers made false and misleading statements regarding the Company's business, financial condition, and future prospects. These statements allegedly artificially inflated the price of Doximity stock, causing losses to investors when the stock price declined following disclosures.
SBS Law urges any Doximity investors who incurred losses to contact the firm for further information regarding the class action and their potential role as lead plaintiff. Details about the case and deadlines are available on SBS Law's website.
