Investors invited to join class action lawsuit against Doximity
Law firm Schall, Brown & Schwartz LLP has initiated a class action lawsuit against Doximity, Inc., alleging the company misrepresented its revenue growth drivers and market position.
Shareholder rights firm Schall, Brown & Schwartz LLP (SBS) is soliciting potential lead plaintiffs for a class action lawsuit against Doximity, Inc. (NYSE: DOCS). The litigation concerns alleged violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 during the period from August 8, 2024, to May 13, 2026.
The complaint alleges that Doximity provided false and misleading statements to investors regarding the performance of its "Newsfeed" product. It claims the company overstated the product's contribution to revenue growth while obscuring the fact that its market share was eroding due to competitors offering more aggressive pricing and engagement models. Furthermore, the lawsuit contends that the company misled stakeholders about its reliance on legacy advertising formats.
Investors who incurred losses during the class period have until November 16, 2026, to apply for lead plaintiff status. The class has not yet been certified, and legal counsel noted that participation is not mandatory for shareholders to recover potential damages.
