Investors notified of securities class action against Everest Group, Ltd.
Schall, Brown & Schwartz LLP has alerted Everest Group shareholders to a pending class action lawsuit and the December 2026 deadline to apply for lead plaintiff status.

Law firm Schall, Brown & Schwartz LLP is notifying investors of a securities class action lawsuit filed against Everest Group, Ltd. The legal action alleges that the company violated the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 by providing false and misleading financial disclosures to the market between February 8, 2024, and October 27, 2025.
The complaint asserts that Everest Group failed to adequately price casualty risks and maintain sufficient reserves, despite public claims of risk reduction in certain business units. The lawsuit argues that these omissions misled investors, resulting in financial damages once the underlying operational issues were disclosed.
Interested shareholders have until December 28, 2026, to file for lead plaintiff status. The class has not yet been certified by the court, and affected parties retain the option to remain absent class members pending further judicial action.
