Investors seek lead plaintiff status in Endava securities lawsuit
Schall, Brown & Schwartz is organizing a class action against Endava plc following disclosures regarding internal control failures and delayed financial reporting.
Shareholders of Endava plc are moving forward with a securities class action lawsuit following allegations of misleading market disclosures. The litigation, led by Schall, Brown & Schwartz LLP, focuses on the company’s internal accounting practices between September 4, 2025, and September 21, 2026.
The complaint alleges that Endava failed to maintain adequate internal controls, specifically regarding the accounting treatment of supplier and customer contracts. These issues necessitated additional reviews and resulted in the postponement of the firm’s fourth-quarter and full-year 2026 financial results. Plaintiffs contend that these omissions led to material misinformation and subsequent investor losses.
The deadline for affected investors to apply for lead plaintiff status is November 30, 2026. As the class has not yet been certified, legal counsel is currently soliciting participants to represent the group.
