Ipsos Appoints New Leaders to Drive Strategic Plan Execution

Market research company Ipsos announced a series of strategic leadership appointments aimed at enhancing the execution of its 'Horizons' strategic plan and accelerating the group's transformation. The appointments emphasize speed, innovation, and the utilization of artificial intelligence.
Alexandre Guerin has been appointed Managing Director - Performance, a role on the Executive Management Committee reporting directly to CEO Jean Laurent Poitou. Guerin will lead Ipsos' efforts to achieve the 'Horizons' objective of speed, including completing most studies within 48 hours, and driving innovation in working methods for both internal operations and client services.
Laurent Depouilly succeeds Guerin as Country Manager for Ipsos bva in France. In his new role, Depouilly will focus on strengthening the company's positioning and commercial growth in the French market. He previously managed Ipsos' operations in Switzerland, improving profitability.
Marion-Anne Cattaneo has been appointed Country Manager for Ipsos in Switzerland. She will be responsible for driving activities in the Swiss market, focusing on supporting international clients while diversifying the local client pipeline. Cattaneo has a proven track record in driving growth and deepening client relationships.
