Ipsos Confirms 2025 Results and Launches New Strategic Plan
Market research firm Ipsos confirmed its full-year 2025 financial results, aligning with previous guidance. The company also unveiled its new "Horizons" strategic plan.

Market research company Ipsos has confirmed its full-year 2025 financial results, which are in line with the company's previously issued guidance. Total revenue for the year reached €2.525 billion, showing a 3.4% increase, though organic growth was a more modest 0.6%. This growth rate was impacted by an uncertain political context and tighter government budgets, which particularly affected the Public Affairs business segment.
The operating margin stood at 12.3%, amounting to €309 million. Excluding the temporary dilutive effects from acquisitions of The BVA Family and infas, the operating margin rate was 12.8%. The company noted that 2025 was marked by significant structural changes, including the appointment of Jean Laurent Poitou as CEO in September, tasked with restoring sustainable and profitable growth. Laurence Stoclet was also appointed as Chairwoman of the Board, succeeding Didier Truchot who resigned for health reasons.
In January 2026, Ipsos presented its new strategic plan, "Horizons," aimed at reinforcing the company's global leadership and returning to a sustained growth trajectory. This plan involves significant acquisitions in Europe, such as infas and The BVA Family, strengthening Ipsos' presence particularly in Germany, France, Italy, and the United Kingdom.
Regionally, the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) was the strongest performer, with total growth of 12.0% largely due to acquisitions, and an organic growth of 2.0%. The Americas saw minimal growth at 0.3%, while the Asia-Pacific region experienced a decline of 4.3%. Business segments were distributed relatively evenly, focusing on consumers, clients and employees, citizens, and healthcare.
