Paris – Ipsos, a global market research company, announced its 2024 financial results, with revenue reaching €2,440.8 million, marking a 2.1% increase compared to the previous year. The company achieved an operating margin of 13.1% and generated €216 million in free cash flow.

While overall growth was 2.1%, the organic growth stood at 1.3%. The company noted slower growth in the United States due to political uncertainty and a weaker business climate in the second half of the year, particularly impacting the United Kingdom, France, and some Asian countries. Conversely, growth was satisfactory in Europe and Latin America.

The improved profitability was attributed to a better gross margin, driven by investments in technology, platforms, and panels, combined with cost management. Geographically, the EMEA region accounted for 46% of revenue, followed by the Americas at 38% and Asia-Pacific at 17%.

The consumer segment was the primary driver of the group's performance. Ipsos indicated that measures are in place to improve performance in the U.S. market, expecting an upturn in 2025. The company continues to invest in generative AI, panels, and platforms to enhance client insights.
