IQAX Leverages AI and Digital Infrastructure to Streamline Global Trade
IQAX has surpassed one million electronic Bills of Lading (eBLs) and is using artificial intelligence (AI) and digital twins to accelerate global trade and supply chains.

Global trade operates around the clock, but its supporting processes are increasingly benefiting from digital solutions. IQAX, a company focused on supply chain technology, is advancing digital trade by connecting data and processes using electronic Bills of Lading (eBLs), artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), and digital twins.
CEO George Guo highlighted that the goal is not merely to replace paper documents with digital ones but to build infrastructure that links cargo, documents, financing, and operational data. IQAX has issued over one million eBLs, built on the GSBN blockchain infrastructure. This promotes standardization and interoperability, crucial for international trade involving multiple participants.
The technology is shifting supply chains from visibility to prediction. IQAX applies AI to forecast vessel arrivals, identify supply chain risks, and monitor cold chains. By combining IoT and AI, IQAX can monitor container temperatures and equipment status in real-time, detecting issues early. This moves supply chain management from a reactive to a proactive model.
Digital twins, integrated with AI and IoT, create dynamic models of vessels, schedules, containers, and weather. These models help understand and simulate the impact of real-world changes. For temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical transport, this combination ensures data integrity and secure deliveries. IQAX is also expanding into India and Latin America, seeing growth potential, especially in less-than-container-load (LCL) shipping.
