Chinese technology firm iQOO has officially announced the upcoming launch of its new 8.8-inch Pad Pro tablet, with sales commencing on October 28. The device has reportedly begun arriving at select iQOO and vivo retail locations.
The Pad Pro is slated to feature what iQOO describes as the "Fifth Generation Snapdragon 8 Supreme Edition" processor, paired with the company's self-developed Q3 gaming chip. The tablet will sport an 8.8-inch OLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate, targeting users seeking high-performance visuals.
For thermal management, iQOO has equipped the Pad Pro with an "Ice Dome Quadruple Wind Cooling System," incorporating a substantial active cooling fan. Powering the device is a 9020mAh battery. The tablet also emphasizes enhanced gaming controls through technologies such as Q-flex control, "Super Sensory Touch," and "Super Sensory Gyroscope."
The October 28 release date coincides with the launch event for the iQOO Neo12 smartphone, suggesting a coordinated product introduction for iQOO.
