The International Sustainable Chemistry Collaborative Centre (ISC3) has announced that the final round of its eighth innovation challenge will take place at the electronica 2026 trade show in Munich. Eight finalists have been selected to present their technological solutions aimed at increasing sustainability within the electronics industry.

The participating startups are competing for a total prize pool of €25,000. The competition focuses on the intersection of chemical engineering and electronics manufacturing, an area facing significant pressure to reduce toxic waste and improve resource efficiency.

The presentations will be hosted at booth 463 in Hall A1, in partnership with the Global Electronics Association. The event serves as a platform for emerging companies to demonstrate how sustainable chemistry can be integrated into the global supply chain.
