ISNation releases basketball skills training program
ISNation has published a collection of 15 drills designed to enhance basketball fundamental skills including ball handling, passing, and court awareness.

Digital sports training provider ISNation has released a new instructional program focusing on core basketball fundamentals. Developed in collaboration with varsity basketball coach Pat Clatchey, the material outlines 15 specific drills aimed at improving player ball control, coordination, and decision-making.
The training modules emphasize practical techniques, ranging from coordination exercises using tennis balls to complex stationary dribbling drills. These exercises are designed to simulate game-pressure scenarios, encouraging players to maintain spatial awareness and technical precision under defensive constraints.
Clatchey noted that integrating passing drills into ball-handling training is essential for comprehensive player development. The resource, now available via the ISNation platform, provides a structured approach for players looking to refine their technique both in individual practice and team environments.
