ISS A/S sets new mid-term financial targets

ISS A/S, a global provider of workplace experience and facility services, has announced new mid-term financial targets for the 2026-2028 period. These targets will be presented at the company's Capital Markets Day and replace goals previously set in November 2022.

The company aims for an average annual organic growth of more than 5% over the 2026-2028 period. By 2028, the operating margin is targeted to be between 5.5% and 6.0%, with a cash conversion above 60%. Future organic growth is expected to be driven more by volume and net new wins, with price increases contributing a smaller share compared to 2026 levels. Projects and above-base services are also anticipated to contribute significantly to organic growth.
