ISS Recommends Aurora Shareholders Vote For All Proposals at 2026 AGM
Institutional Shareholder Services Inc. (ISS) has recommended that Aurora Cannabis Inc. shareholders vote in favor of all director nominees and meeting resolutions. The recommendation pertains to the company's 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

Aurora Cannabis Inc., a Canadian-based global medical cannabis company, announced that Institutional Shareholder Services Inc. (ISS), an independent proxy advisory firm, has recommended its shareholders vote FOR all proposals at the upcoming 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The recommendation covers all director nominees and resolutions presented at the meeting.
ISS is a prominent independent proxy advisor whose recommendations are widely relied upon by major institutional investors. Miguel Martin, Aurora's Executive Chairman and CEO, welcomed the ISS recommendation, stating it reflects the company's strong governance framework and board oversight. The meeting will be held virtually on Friday, August 7, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) / 11:00 a.m. (Mountain Time). The virtual format allows for shareholder participation regardless of location. Shareholders are encouraged to vote early in favor of all resolutions, as every vote matters. The deadline to vote shares is Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time).
