IT firm Materna reports 11.8 percent revenue growth
Materna-Gruppe reached €795 million in revenue for fiscal year 2025. The company has launched a new strategic program, "Elevate," aiming for €1 billion in sales by 2027.

Dortmund-based IT consultancy Materna-Gruppe announced a preliminary group revenue of €795 million for 2025, marking an 11.8 percent increase over the previous year. Organic growth accounted for 11.4 percent of this result, which the firm cites as evidence of stability despite a challenging European IT market.
To facilitate further expansion, the company has introduced the "Elevate" strategy program. CEO Michael Hagedorn stated that the program aims to scale the organization’s portfolio and market presence, with a target of reaching €1 billion in revenue by 2027 and maintaining double-digit annual growth through 2029.
Performance was bolstered by the public sector division, which grew by 18.4 percent to €269 million, and the subsidiary cbs Corporate Business Solutions, which reached €314 million. Materna also invested €9.5 million into internal innovation during the year, focusing primarily on AI-driven development tools intended to automate software workflows and increase productivity for its enterprise clients.
