IT Home Denies Rumors of Internal Rectification
Chinese technology company IT Home has denied circulating rumors of an internal company-wide rectification. The claims were based on a fabricated internal notice.
Chinese technology company IT Home has refuted online rumors alleging an internal company-wide rectification. The speculation emerged from a widely shared screenshot purporting to be an official notice from the company's human resources department.
The alleged notice claimed that IT Home would begin a one-month internal rectification process starting October 9, 2026, citing "unfair competitive practices" that were reportedly under investigation by regulatory authorities. The document was presented as if issued by the Human Resources Department of IT Home Technology Co., Ltd.
However, an informed source told Phoenix Tech that the circulated notice is false. The source pointed out inaccuracies in the official seal and the company's designation used in the document, indicating it was not genuine.
IT Home is urging the public to exercise caution and rational judgment when encountering unverified internal documents, advising against blind sharing.
