IT Home reports that HEXGEARS has launched its new MX68 V2 wired magnetic shaft keyboard. The product upgrades its predecessor by incorporating HEX 'Star' magnetic shaft technology, offering an extreme precision of 0.002mm and a response delay of 0.1ms. The keyboard is available in white and pink colorways at a price of 229 yuan.
The MX68 V2 features a detachable "mecha" frame, an ergonomic design, integrated RGB lighting, and dual-stage feet. Internally, it utilizes a five-layer filling structure. The device supports an 8kHz polling rate, with specific high scan rates for WASD keys (64kHz) and other keys (32kHz). The Rapid Trigger function is calibrated to 0.01mm precision.
This keyboard is equipped with Kailh Ice Crystal magnetic shafts, requiring a 35±5gf actuation force and having a travel distance of 3.5±0.2mm. The magnetic induction intensity ranges from 90±15Gs initially to 480±40Gs at the bottom-out.
The keycaps are made of a matte translucent PC material. The HEXGEARS MX68 V2 is positioned as a performance-oriented keyboard for gamers and enthusiasts seeking high responsiveness and customization.
