Chinese technology firm IT Home has introduced the CIRQA smart band, designed for passive health monitoring and intended for continuous, unobtrusive wear. The device aims to provide users with consistent health data without requiring frequent interaction.

The CIRQA band features all-day heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) tracking, and body energy level assessment. It evaluates sleep quality by analyzing heart rate variability (HRV), stress levels, and sleep stages. The band also supports intelligent recognition and logging of sports activities, with an option for manual initiation of workout modes.

With an approximate battery life of 10 days, the device is designed for extended use between charges, eliminating the need for frequent recharging. IT Home has not yet announced specific pricing or availability details for the CIRQA band.

An optional accessory band is available, which functions as a chest strap heart rate monitor. This accessory is suitable for various sports such as running, strength training, cycling, boxing, and aerobic exercises, aiming to provide more precise data during demanding physical activities.
